It’s Rondo Award Season Again!
Since 2002, the Rondos have been fandom’s only classic horror awards — decided by the fans, for the fans. I was fortunate enough to win this award in 2011 for a series I was doing for another website and now I am hungry to win it again with this site.
David’s Basement of the Bizarre is not only a labor of love, but a solo effort as well. I have put a lot of work into building this site and I am very proud of what I have done so far, with many of my recent blogs some of the best I have ever written.
What I am asking is that if possible, you can go to the official Rondo Awards site (just click HERE) and send in your ballot. The directions on how to participate are easy and there are a lot of fun entries. The only change you will have to make is to add this site to category 18 as a write in.
Even if I do not win, this write in campaign will help to get me on the ballot automatically next year so please help! Just cut and past the ballot as directed into an e-mail and under category 18 (Best Website) write in “David’s Basement of the Bizarre (https://basementofthebizarre.com/). Voting ends on March 29, 2020. Thank you.
